Reports Overview

Reports

Comsend provides a comprehensive array of valuable reports, enabling administrators to analyze an extensive range of member and campaign data. The data in these reports is dependent on the campaign selected at the top of the admin portal.

Navigating and Sorting

Reports can be found under the Reports menu item on the menu on the left.

All reports can be viewed at the default 10 rows per page or expanded up to 100 rows per page.

The reports can be sorted by any column by clicking the column in the header field. Clicking the column again will toggle from ascending to descending order.

Exporting

All reports can be exported into Excel using the Export Report button. The reports will download to your designated download folder. The name of the report will be a concise version of the report name (due to Excel character limitations) followed by a stamp including: your instituted number - the date - the time.
