Resetting Display Information
Sometimes your standard name fields (First Names and Last Name) are updated, but your Display Information fields are not.
What can you do to trigger the default setting for all your members?
1. Export your member list
2. Populate "None" (without the quotation marks) in all four Display Information fields for all your members.
3. Upload your member list (you can match on Member ID only).
Since the upload will clean the contents of these Display Information fields, the default setting (First Name followed by Last Name) will be triggered.
