Special Characters

Special Characters

If you're missing a special character in your member information, such as an é (accented e) and perhaps seeing a "?" in the place you'd expect one, the character may have been lost in the process of file transfers in Excel or the CSV format. To fix the problem you can copy and paste the character directly into Comsend. Don't forget your display fields as they don't update automatically (by design).
