Final Letters - Merge in Two Columns

To merge your Final Letter greetings in two columns using Microsoft Word do the following (note that this may not look good with greetings included):

1. Write your Word Document and include your text and the merge fields as if you're not including columns (video tutorial for no-columns option). Something like this:



2. Next, highlight your messages, select Layout from the menu, and Two Columns, like this:



Now your text up top will go across the page, and your greetings will be in two columns.
