Member Permissions

Member Permissions

There are four Member Permissions types:
  1. Select and Display - Members can select others and be selected. This is the default.
  2. Select Only - Members can log in to Purim Project and make selections. However, they are not displayed within the list in Purim Project and cannot be selected by others.
  3. Display Only - Members cannot log in to Purim Project and make selections. They are displayed in Purim Project and can be selected.
  4. Disabled - Members who can neither make selections nor be selected. Effectively, this is like deleting the member.
To change the member permissions go to Members on the main menu, select the Edit Action icon on the right and the member details window will appear. Simply click on the Permissions field to choose the type you want.

Note: The Members page may not include members having the "Disabled" permission. To include these members, check the appropriate indicator within the Preferences page.
