Admin Logging in

The login to Comsend is for administrators only. The login username and password should not be shared with the families. Families are assigned their own username and password and will login to make their selections separately. For increased security admins are required to enter a unique code in addition to their password (see Two Factor Authentication).

Make sure to type in www.comsend.com (vs. just “comsend.com”) in your URL address window on your browser. Otherwise you may get an error message pertaining to the validity of the security certificate. We recommend that you add the Comsend URL to your browser favorites.
If you're a repeat customer then your credentials should be the same as last year.

If you've forgotten your password please use the "Forgot Password" link on www.comsend.com and an email will be sent to your account email. Should you not receive the email please contact support at support@purimproject.com.
