| You have a new campaign | If this isn't your first campaign, confirm that you're not using an old campaign and that your dates are correct (confirm the year!). See how to duplicate a previous campaign if it hasn't been already. In addition you might use our calendar (on the Dashboard) to indicate all milestone dates for your campaign. | |
| Your pricing model is to your satisfaction | Check all the pricing components including standard pricing, tiers, maximum pricing (send to all), reciprocity charges, discounts, category pricing. There are many pricing options and you don't need them all. | |
Your First Page text is updated | You can use your previous campaign text or one of the templates we offer (the "plug" button on your editor menu). | |
Your Products offering are relevant | Products are optional to a campaign. If you previously offered products, they'll be copied to your new campaign so be sure to de-activate or update as necessary. | |
You survey is defined and included in your campaign | Surveys are optional and a way to collect information from your members while you run your campaign. | |
Payment collection is current and working | See how to update your payment information. Note: just because your payments worked in your previous campaign, doesn't mean it will work again, as merchants sometimes refresh keys. Please test, and if needed repeat the payment setup process. | |
Your First Letter (aka member invitation) is ready to go | You can send your First Letters either through email (most common) or hard copy. If you send hard copies you'll probably want to also share a printed member list. |
