Overview
Member or Family management includes adding, editing and deleting families, as well as the management of Family details. Some of the member details pertain only to the greeting exchange campaigns (such as Purim Project) to include Categories and Zone fields.
Uploading your List
Initially your family list will probably be loaded via an Excel template though we do have integrations with some third party CRMs. Subsequent mass updates via a template are possible should you have many updates. See more information on updating your data via an Excel member list here.
Adding a Member
To add a new member simply click the "Add a new member" button. When you add a new member you do not need to add a username and password (unless you want to). These will be auto-generated. The Permission field is also automatically set to Select and Display.
