Auto-Charge Reciprocity Procedure

Auto-Charge Reciprocity Procedure

With Auto-Charge Reciprocity members don't need to login to pay their balance, rather you can charge all these balances at the end of the Campaign.

The Auto-Charge Reciprocity feature in campaign settings must be activated at the beginning of your campaign, before any members make payments.

At the end of the campaign you'll need to take the following steps to trigger the charges:

Step 1: Confirm that your campaign has ended
Check that your end date in the Campaign Settings has passed.

Step 2: Produce your Pre-Authorized Payments report
You can find the report in the Pricing tab (Reciprocity Settings section) of your Campaign settings.

Step 3: Review your report for accuracy.
The amounts to be charged should equal the member balance (from the Invoice Reports).

Step 4: Process Your Reciprocity Payments
