Enabling Authorize.net CIM

Enabling Authorize.net CIM

To determine if your Authorize.Net Customer Information Manager (CIM) is enabled, you can follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your Authorize.Net account.
  2. Click on the "Settings" tab.
  3. Click on "Customer Information Manager" under the "Transaction Settings" section.
  4. If CIM is enabled, you should see a message that says "Customer Information Manager is enabled."
  5. If CIM is not enabled, you will need to contact Authorize.Net support to have it enabled for your account.
You can test whether your CIM is enabled using the below form which pops-up when you enable the Auto-charge for Reciprocity option under your campaign settings. Simply enter any valid credit card information, as your members will do when they submit payment. No transaction or charge is incurred as a result, and it's best practice to confirm all is in order before launching your campaign.
